The above building, named Comprehensive Research & Experiment Building, was approved to construct by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2007. At present the building is under construction and its construction area will be up to 8300 m2, and total invest is around 28 million Yuan. It is expected to be finished and put into use by the end of 2010. At that time, the research and work condition of SCBG will be greatly improved.
