Education and Appointments

Dr. Liu was born in 1983 in Changsha, Hunan. Dr. Liu received his B.Sfrom Zhanjiang Normal University in June, 2006, and his Ph.D from South China Normal University in June, 2012, and he joined SCBG in July as associate research fellow in the Phytohormone Regulation Lab. Research interest mainly focuses on the molecular mechanisms of cross-talks between phytohormones in plant development and stress responses by expertise including biochemistry and molecular biology, molecular genetics, plant physiology, cell biology. Dr. Liu has been published many research papers in the international journals such as Nat Commun, Plant Cell, Mol Plant, Front Plant Sci, Plant Physiol Bioch. The relative researches have been funded by NSFC and Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province.
